Why can I only see a portion of the conversations in the Divergence backend instead of every single conversation? In fact, I asked many questions today, but I can only see this one. Is there some switch I haven’t turned on?

The conversations in the Preview mode available on the studio’s app editing screen are not logged.

To have the conversations logged, the app needs to be launched from the public URL or from the Explore tab.

WeChat Work経由でAPIを呼び出すと、会話が記録されません。APIモードで会話の記録は可能でしょうか？

Even if the execution is done via the API, logs should still be recorded.

However, depending on how you specify the user ID or session ID in the API request, there may be cases where only the “message count” in the screenshot table increases, and new rows are not added for each conversation.

If logs are still not being recorded, please double-check that the API key configured in WeChat Work is correct in the first place.

Note that API keys are different for each app. Even if there are no errors, it’s possible that a different app is running.
