How can I solve this issue?

I’ve encountered this issue as well, and it hasn’t been resolved yet. Could someone please offer some advice?
I’ve figured it out: first, you must use a scientific internet connection to log in to the official website.
If you don’t want to use a scientific internet connection, you can only deploy Dify locally (on your own computer or a cloud server). Both options require a Linux environment. You can easily find tutorials online by searching “Dify deployment local.”
What does “scientific internet access” mean? Could you explain it more clearly? I’d like to try the cloud-based features first, and then consider private deployment later.
Even using a VPN didn’t work. I tried servers from various countries, but none of them helped.
