Why does the URL 'https://cloud.dify.ai/signin' not open after clicking start on the official website?

As per the title, the official website “dify.ai” can be logged into, but after clicking “start”, “https://cloud.dify.ai/signin” cannot be opened.

I’ve used a VPN, but I still can’t open it. Switching to different country servers hasn’t worked either.

Since this doesn’t seem to be related to VPN usage, could you help us check a few things?

  • Are you accessing the site from a company or school network?

  • Does it work if you switch to a different network (for example, a mobile hotspot)?

  • Have you tried a different browser or temporarily disabling browser extensions?

  • Do you see any error message, or does the page just keep loading?

If possible, it would also be helpful to:

  • Open the page, right-click and choose “Inspect”

  • Go to the Network tab and refresh the page

  • Check whether the page is sending normal GET requests, and whether any requests are blocked or failing

This information will help to narrow down the cause more quickly.
