API rate limits, the team version cloud subscription service states that API is unlimited, but in fact it is limited.

I purchased the team version of the cloud subscription service, and the payment page states that the API has no limits, but in reality, there are limitations.

Now, if I make too many requests in a short period, my IP is blocked for an hour, which prevents me from increasing the request rate.
