Dify Workflow Concurrency Limits?

I would like to ask about the number of simultaneous conversations supported by a single Workflow in Dify — specifically, how many users can chat with it at the same time. I noticed that each Workflow has a “Max concurrent requests” setting, but I understand that in a self-hosted environment the actual limit depends on the hardware. So, in the Dify Cloud version (I’m currently on the Professional plan), is this concurrency limit restricted in any specific way?

Afaik, the only limitation is the cloudflare, if you send too many identical requests you will be blocked by it’s policy, besides we do not set the limitation for the Cloud version.

I’m now encountering the issue you mentioned. In the team version of Cloud, the paid page states that the API has no limits, but in reality, there are limitations. Could you please whitelist Cloudflare or increase the rate limit? Right now, if there are too many requests in a short time, the IP gets blocked for an hour, which prevents us from increasing the request rate.
