Calendar trigger and web hook trigger are not working.

Calendar trigger and Webhook trigger are not working. Both work normally during test execution.
When I try to use them after publishing or updating, there is no response at all, and no logs are recorded.
I’ve seen other posts mentioning that responses can be delayed in the sandbox, but it seems more like they’re not working at all rather than just delayed.

For testing, I did the following experiment:

  • Opened two browsers side by side
  • Logged in with a Pro plan account and a Sandbox plan account respectively
  • Created the same application with the same configuration, including a webhook trigger
  • Sent a test query to the endpoint from my local terminal
  • Verified that both returned “Webhook processed successfully”

The results were:

  • Pro plan: The webhook executed within a few seconds, and logs were recorded
  • Sandbox plan: Nothing happened even after about 20 minutes

The difference is quite striking indeed…

Thank you for your confirmation. I was wondering if I was doing something wrong, but it seems the trigger isn’t working in Sandbox… It would have been nice to be able to test this area with the free plan, but I’ll consider it.

When I tried running it again, the workflow executed immediately even in the Sandbox environment.

As I mentioned in another post here, there seems to be a timing issue where tasks can get backed up. So, if it doesn’t work the first time, it’s probably best to just wait a bit or retry after some time—especially when using the Sandbox plan, a bit of patience goes a long way.
