Hi,
I created and published a knowledge pipeline. After I uploaded a PDF file and processed it.
It is with “a document indexed failed” status. I find below error.
Instance <Document at 0x7ebf6cfa9e20> is not bound to a Session; attribute refresh operation cannot proceed (Background on this error at: Error Messages — SQLAlchemy 2.0 Documentation )
Is anyone faced similar issue? Thanks.
