I created a knowledge base workflow on the official website https://cloud.dify.ai/datasets. The test run works fine and passes directly, but after publishing, uploading documents for processing results in an error: “Failed to execute code, which is likely a network issue, please check if the sandbox service is running. (Error: [Errno -2] Name or service not known)”. When I check the pipeline, I can see the most recent run in the history, and the error occurs during code execution—Python code cannot be executed. Is this because I’m using the free version, and thus the official sandbox service is not enabled?
