Since the knowledge base cannot create new entries from scratch, it can only be created through file imports. At that time, I randomly uploaded two unrelated files—XXX.txt and YYYY.xlsx (Excel format)—to the system.
I then updated the title and content by modifying the title and deleting sections. Later minor adjustments were also made online by editing the sections, without re-uploading any files.
Now, I’ve accidentally discovered that the original file names—XXX.txt and YYYY.xlsx—still appear in the document properties. The file format icons (text vs. Excel) are different and cannot be modified. Even when I click preview again, the system still reads the original, unrelated content from those files.
I hope a feature can be developed to allow users to modify file names and formats, or alternatively, enable users to export the latest knowledge base, make necessary changes to the file attributes, and then re-import it.
