Knowledge base storage exhausted, despite no knowledge bases

I am using Dify cloud service. When trying to use the high-quality indexing mode of the knowledge base, I encountered some issues during embedding, so I chose to delete the entire database.

Afterward, when I tried to create a new knowledge base and upload documents again, I found that the knowledge base storage space was full, preventing me from uploading more documents. However, since I currently have no existing knowledge bases, I don’t know how to clear this space. Or is this so-called storage space actually usage that cannot be recovered?

The storage space for the knowledge base is calculated cumulatively, meaning that if you delete your knowledge base, the usage should be 0.

This happened to me too. I deleted all my knowledge bases, but it showing me that i am using 50 MB - similar to the issue reported above.

Please assist.

Same problem, I deleted all knowledge bases but it still shows space full.
