File upload to Knowledge stalls at "Queuing"

When uploading a text file to Knowledge, the file remains in the “Cueing” state for over 10 minutes and does not transition to “Available.”

【Issue Details】

  • File format: txt file (UTF-8 encoding)
  • File size: Small files around 11KB–15KB
  • Symptoms: After upload, the file stays in “Cueing” state for over 10 minutes without completing processing

【Actions Taken】

  1. Deleted the file and re-uploaded → No improvement
  2. Tried with another small file (11KB) → Same issue persists
  3. Re-encoded the file to UTF-8 and tried again → No improvement
  4. Refreshed the page → No change

【Additional Information】

  • The first file uploaded completed processing within a few seconds and became “Available”
  • After that, subsequent files with the same format and encoding got stuck

Could you please let me know if there are any system limitations or issues causing this? Also, if there is a solution, I would greatly appreciate your guidance.

In the cloud version, the sandbox plan, which is free, has a relatively lower execution priority compared to paid plan users.

Due to this, recently there have been occasional delays. For now, the best options seem to be either leaving it for a while or retrying after some time.
