Please explain how to make a credit charge.

Hi Dify Team,

I'm using the hosted version (cloud.dify.ai) with a personal account.  
I'd like to purchase credits, but the "Add Credits" button doesn't appear in my Billing page.  

Could you please help me enable the payment or let me know how to add credits?

AFAIK, at this time, it is not possible to purchase additional credits.
Instead, please set up your own API key.

How do message credits work?

Message credits can be used with the following models, each consuming different credits per AI response:

  • gpt-3.5-turbo / gpt-4o-mini / gpt-4.1-mini / gpt-5-mini: 1 credit
  • o3-mini / o4-mini / gpt-4.1 / gpt-5 / gpt-5.1: 5 credits
  • gpt-4o: 10 credits
  • gpt-4: 20 credits

You can switch models in settings. Once message credits are exhausted, you can continue with your own LLM API key.
