有可能是内存并没有清空,有缓存。
如果还是没有情况内存的话,请私信我或者 @PinkBanana

I’m experiencing the same issue.
I have deleted all knowledge bases and documents in my Dify Cloud workspace, but Knowledge Data Storage still shows 50/50 MB and I still cannot upload any new documents.
Could you please help recalculate or release the knowledge storage usage for my workspace?

While your two files are only about 2.5MB in raw text, building a Knowledge Base in Dify involves splitting that text into smaller chunks and converting them into mathematical vectors so the AI can search them. This vector data naturally takes up much more space than the original text.Currently, the vector data for your two active Knowledge Bases is taking up 89.85 MB, which exceeds the 50MB limit for your current plan.
