I am attempting to sign up for Dify (using the Cloud version), but I encountered an error when trying to register using my email address.
The Problem Encountered
After entering my email address and clicking “Continue with verification code,” I immediately received the following error message, and the system did not proceed to send the verification code:
Error Message:
You don’t have the permission to access the requested resource. It is either read-protected or not readable by the server.
Steps Taken & Successful Workaround

Tested Different Environments:

Cleared browser cache.

Attempted using Incognito/Private mode.

Tested on different browsers (Chrome, Firefox).

The same error occurred in all instances.

Successful Workaround:
- Subsequently, I tried signing up using Google Account authentication, which succeeded without any issues. I am now able to use Dify.
My Question
Since Google authentication worked, it confirms a server access is possible. However, if I wish to register new accounts solely via email in the future, how can I bypass or resolve this specific error?
I would appreciate any insights into whether this error is related to:

A known issue with Dify’s email verification flow on the Cloud version.
