No reply from Dify with regards to Enterprise Plan

Hello.

In the past two weeks, I have contacted Dify several times through ‘Contact Us‘ and Sales contact email address, however unfortunately Dify didn’t respond to any these communications.

For those who have already concluded a contract with Dify/LangGenius, how did you accomplish that? Through a distributor/vendor or AWS/Azure platforms? Are there anyone in the forum who have a direct contract agreement (Enterprise Self-Hosted or Cloud)? (Or such contract structure doesn’t exist from the first place?)

I hope someone could share your steps to conclude contract with them. Your insights would be most appreciated!

We are a publicly traded company (TSE Prime) based in Japan with valid use cases.
