I’ve been experimenting with using Dify to build a real-time monitoring assistant for game performance data, but I’ve hit a significant bottleneck when it comes to how the platform handles rapid-fire data injections from external sources. I’m trying to set up a workflow that pulls telemetry from a local environment, but the Dify “HTTP Request” node seems to hang or return a 429 error whenever the request frequency exceeds a certain threshold.
While I was looking for ways to optimize my script handling to be more lightweight, I came across a blog post about this site that discussed some interesting methods for streamlining execution. I actually started wondering if anyone here has successfully used blox fruit scripts or similar high-activity automation tools as a reference for structuring Dify DSL workflows? I’m specifically curious if there’s a way to use a “Variable Assigner” node to buffer these incoming script calls before they hit the LLM node, or if I should be looking into a more robust queuing system like RabbitMQ to sit between my local scripts and the Dify API.
I’m also seeing a related issue where my “Conversation ID” becomes invalid if the external script attempts to reconnect after a timeout. Has anyone else noticed that the Dify cloud version has a stricter rate limit on these types of automated background executions compared to a self-hosted Docker instance? I’m trying to decide if I should move my entire stack to a local server to avoid these latency spikes, or if there is a specific “Condition” node logic that can help sandbox these external triggers so they don’t flood the main workflow. Any advice on how to keep the data flow stable without crashing the UI would be a huge help!
