How to run the Gemma-3-27B model using Google's free tier API?

Context:
Google has reduced the free tier quota for Gemini. I am looking for high-quota alternatives like Gemma-3-27B.

Problem:
The current Google extension in Dify does not support the Gemma model, and manual configuration is not working.

Feature Request:
Is it possible to add support for the Google Gemma API?
