[Help] Internal Server Error - ChatFlow

Has anyone ever experienced an internal server error when opening the Chatflow tab?

If the Workflow tab can be opened normally, only the Chatflow tab is affected by the “Internal Server Error.”

For bug report, please provide as much information as you can.

When opening ChatFlow, I received an “Internal Server Error” message and was unable to access its functionality. This problem was likely caused by a corrupted DSL file that I imported. Steps I took before encountering the problem:

  • Logged into my Dify account.
  • Switched to the ChatFlow menu.
  • Received an Internal Server Error message.

No errors occurred for menu tabs other than ChatFlow.

This problem actually occurs frequently.

One of my workflows is generally stable. This workflow is part of a business process.

For example, yesterday when I was testing, I opened the workflow and saw this prompt. I didn’t pay attention to it.

As a result, I continued with the test.

It failed twice consecutively, getting stuck in the dify section.

One time it failed at the LLM node, and another time at the iteration node.

The log showed: time out.

After waiting for a while, I opened the workflow again, and when the ‘Internal Server Error’ prompt didn’t appear, I re-tested, and there were no issues.

This affects the reliability of services provided externally.
