Error: "Dataset not found" when uploading documents to Knowledge Base
Hello Dify team,
I've encountered a repeated error when trying to upload a document to a knowledge base.
Steps:
1. I created a knowledge base from the "Knowledge" tab.
2. Opened the knowledge base and clicked "Add Document".
3. Chose a small PDF or TXT file (tested several).
4. Selected "Hybrid Search" and clicked "Save & Process".
5. I get an error message that says: "Dataset not found".
I tried:
- Uploading different formats and small-size documents
- Renaming files with only ASCII characters
- Switching to another account
- Using different browsers and incognito mode
But the issue persists.
Can you please check if there is a system-side problem?

Stuck on "Queued" and 0% after clicking "Save & Process" in Knowledge Base
Hello Dify team,
I'm trying to upload a document into an existing knowledge base, but the embedding process won't start.
Steps I followed:
1. Opened my knowledge base and clicked "Add Document"
2. Uploaded a small .txt or .pdf file (only 1-2 lines of text)
3. Selected "High Quality" for index setting
4. Clicked "Save & Process"
Result:
- The document shows up with a status of "Queued"
- Progress displays "0%" but never advances
- I tried multiple files, created new knowledge base, even switched accounts and browsers (including incognito)
- Still stuck on "0%" and not embedding
Could you please help or check if there's a service issue?

If you’re using a free account on the Cloud version, please note that free accounts have lower processing priority, so you may have to wait a long time.
I recommend either waiting patiently or trying again after some time.
