Urgently need to recover conversation logs for my Master’s thesis. Currently, the log content appears completely blank in Dify Cloud, although the history list is visible.

I am a Dify Cloud user (cloud.dify.ai). Recently, I encountered a critical issue where all conversation logs in the “Logs & Annotations” section are failing to load. While the conversation list is visible, clicking on any specific entry results in a completely blank/white screen in the right-hand panel.

These logs contain the primary data for my Master’s Thesis titled “Exploration of Consumer Acceptance of Task-oriented AI Agent Intelligent Recommendation Systems”. I urgently need to recover these records to complete my academic research and data analysis.

Steps Taken (已嘗試的操作):

Refreshed the page and cleared browser cache.

Tried accessing via Incognito mode, but the screen remains blank.

Submitted a Bug Report on GitHub (Issue #35758).
