After a plugin installation fails, the interface permanently displays “1 plugin installing,” regardless of refreshing or even restarting the server, and after some time, it freezes.
The Python source has already been updated, and subsequent plugin installations work fine.
However, reinstalling previously failed plugins still causes freezing.
How do others resolve this issue?
