When I use the metadata filter with ‘manual settings’, set the filter condition to ‘constant’, and enter a keyword (Name), the specified document within the knowledge base is correctly selected.
However, when I set it to ‘variable’ and enter the variable (name) specified in the start node, documents are not selected.
Since the keyword (name) is trimmed and converted to text, the manually entered value and the variable (name) are exactly the same. As a test, if I put the text of the variable (name) obtained in test execution mode into ‘constant’, it selects correctly.
When entering a variable in ‘variable mode’, is any special setting required?
