I didn’t receive my verification code email. What should I do?

This issue is usually caused by:

  1. Email provider restrictions – Some company or school domains block or delay automated system messages.

  2. Network or spam filtering – The message may have been routed to your spam/junk folder or delayed by your network provider.

Please try the following steps:

  • Check your spam, junk, or promotions folder.

  • Try again using a different network (for example, switch from Wi-Fi to mobile data).

  • If you used a company or school email, try verifying with a personal email (like Gmail or Outlook).

I encountered a similar issue today:

Problem: The email can directly log in to Dify Cloud after receiving the verification code, but when trying to log in to the Dify Community → “Forgot Password,” I sent the email at least three times and never received it.

Solution: On the Dify Community, click “Register,” enter the same email, and activate it—then you can use it. I suspect the account systems of Dify Cloud and Dify Community may not be integrated. If you encounter the same issue, you might try this workaround.
