Problem: The email can directly log in to Dify Cloud after receiving the verification code, but when trying to log in to the Dify Community → “Forgot Password,” I sent the email at least three times and never received it.
Solution: On the Dify Community, click “Register,” enter the same email, and activate it—then you can use it. I suspect the account systems of Dify Cloud and Dify Community may not be integrated. If you encounter the same issue, you might try this workaround.
