I can't use the Create from Template feature in Sandbox

I attempted to use the Sandbox, but when I clicked the buttons for each template on the template list screen accessed via “Create from Template,” there was no response.

In the paid version, hovering over a template displays a “Use” button, but this does not appear in the free Sandbox version.

Is it correct to understand that only paid members can create from templates?

Even with my Pro plan account, the Studio → Create from Template feature didn’t work. At this point, I think it might be a bug.

As a workaround, I found that if we go through the Explore tab instead of Studio, the Add to Workspace button is shown.

As far as I understand, this feature is available to everyone regardless of their plan.

Personally, I think it’s important not to discourage people from answering in community spaces.

Replies like “It works in my environment” can actually help figure out if a problem is environment-specific, such as issues with an account, browser, or network. I hope people feel free to contribute, even if their answer isn’t a complete solution — sometimes even small hints are valuable.
