Local test passed, but packaging into difypkg and installing results in internal server error

Running python -m main locally works fine and passes plugin debugging on https://cloud.dify.ai/plugins, but the plugin package generated by dify plugin package command fails to install with an “internal server error”. Can anyone help me take a look? ><
